Over the years my and my husband's personal financial situation became more of a load that we were able to bare, however when Covid 19 hit and we weren't bringing in the same monthly income, we knew we had to do something to save ourselves from a worse situation in six months time. We have dealt with Mark at Hoyes in Barrie and aside from being informative, professional and responsive to our emails and questions, he has also been very personable, he speaks to us like humans not a number or a paycheck like some banks and other companies. He managed to make all our appointments thus far via Zoom and has been more than accommodating during these strange times. We have some follow up appointments with him to go over our budgets and ensure we are on the right path, and rather than that be a daunting experience or one where you would feel anxious or ill prepared, I actually look forward to it. He assists with both personal suggestions as well as proven results that are easy to understand, and are obtainable. We are very glad that we chose to work with Hoyes and that Mark is our Trustee! Highly recommend!
