I can't even begin to explain how hard this decision was. I had exhausted all my options because I was drowning in payments just barely making it and the streets was unreal. My credit union actually suggest Hoyes & Michalo's to me because I had no idea what to do. I was sad, embarrassed, scared and I will say ignorant to the whole process. When I called I got Rebecca and she explained the options I had, walked me through them and let me make the choice. She was so comforting and nice and seem to understand how hard this was for me, she didn't treat me like a number she talked to me like I was a friend going through a tough situation. She is easy to get a hold of, and answers any questions I have. I'm still in the process but I have such a sense of relief now and a bit of comfort knowing that it's getting better. The whole process of a credit proposal was scary to me which is why I took such a long time to start it.
